What is a Cleanse & Nourish Program? Cleanse & Nourish is a gentle, whole food based detoxification program that work as a cleanup and tune up for your body and your mind.

Every day a lot of us consume in our diet: sugar, wheat, refined foods, alcohol and more, and this adds up to toxic overload occasionally. Not to mention the everyday, hidden toxins we are exposed like additives, pesticides, herbicides.

At A Healthy view we offer several Cleanse & Nourish Retreats as well as our Cleanse & Nourish at Home programs if you can’t make it to one of our retreats but still want to make a change.

We use food combining principles that you can incorporate into your daily life, even when your not cleansing.

You will be given Cleanse and Nourish Recipes so that you don’t have to find new meals all the time.

Cleanse & Nourish Structure:

All of the retreats are similar in structure but unique to your personal needs.

Pre Cleanse: One week before the retreat we begin detoxing via a group email, skype or phone consultation

Cleanse Retreat: Will include all your food, education on food combining principles, use of the resort facilities, a spa treatment, early morning yoga or walking, daily nutrition talks, quiet time and more.

Post Retreat: Follow up for two weeks after the cleanse. This will allow for any personal issues that need more attention via ongoing email support. This also allows the client to be receiving a 4 weeks of Cleansing knowledge and experience if they so desire to take advantage of the entire time frame.

Workbook will be provided. Personalised supplementation is optional.
