3/4 cup almonds
1 tbsp du Chocolat
1/2 cup dates (soaked in boiling water for 5 mins and drained)
1 1/2 cups dates
1/4 cup tahini
2 tsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp @mayversfood peanut coconut spread
3 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup crushed peanuts
1/4 cup cacao
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
Add almonds to food processor and blend for a few seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until crumbly.
Press into a lined tray with your fingers, and put in the freezer while you make the filling.
Blend all ingredients except peanuts, until smooth. Smooth on top of base.
Then sprinkle with peanuts and push them into the caramel. Put back in freezer.
Blend all ingredients. Smooth on top of filling. Put back in the freezer for a few hours.
Cut with a hot knife. Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
