Chermoula Dressing

CHERMOULA DRESSING


1 tablespoon sweet paprika
⁄¹2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
⁄¹2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
3 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
⁄¹2 cup extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to combine well. Allow to sit for 15 minutes before serving
