Saucy Hummus

A bowl of creamy hummus with olive oil and pita chips.
1 can chickpeas (400g / 14oz), drained
2 cloves garlic peeled
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tsp of lemon rind
1 tsp olive oil
Puree first 4 ingredients in a food processor or @nutribullet with 3 tablespoons water.
Whizz on high until it smooth.
Place in bowl and sprinkle lemon rind and olive oil on top.
Place on the middle of the table and watch your veggies come to life with one dip! Kids love this too.
