INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup organic Medjool dates (about 8)
  • ¼ cup hulled hemp seeds
  • ¼  chia seeds
  • ¼  quinoa puffs
  • ¼  cacao powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2-4 tbsp melted organic coconut oil (depending on consistency)
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
  • ¼ cup organic cacao nibs
  • Hulled hemp seeds and organic shredded coconut to coat

METHOD 

Pit each of the dates, then add them to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend into a chunky paste.

Add the rest of your ingredients and pulse until just combined.

Roll the mixture into balls, then roll again in a bowl of hemp seeds + coconut to coat.

Store in the refrigerator and enjoy.
