
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup organic Medjool dates (about 8)
- ¼ cup hulled hemp seeds
- ¼ chia seeds
- ¼ quinoa puffs
- ¼ cacao powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- 2-4 tbsp melted organic coconut oil (depending on consistency)
- ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
- ¼ cup organic cacao nibs
- Hulled hemp seeds and organic shredded coconut to coat
METHOD
Pit each of the dates, then add them to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend into a chunky paste.
Add the rest of your ingredients and pulse until just combined.
Roll the mixture into balls, then roll again in a bowl of hemp seeds + coconut to coat.
Store in the refrigerator and enjoy.
