Berries are not only low in sugar but they are a fantastic source of Vitamin C and antioxidants. Use any kind of berry that takes your fancy.

If you have not tried a2milk, I would recommend you try it. It is fabulous for your digestion!

I love adding flaxseeds or chia seeds into a smoothie because it gives the added fibre we need on a daily basis.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup of a2milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp of nut butter
  • 1 tbsp natural/greek yogurt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1-2 dates
  • Add water for desired thickness

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Sip, slurp, Enjoy!
