Berries are not only low in sugar but they are a fantastic source of Vitamin C and antioxidants. Use any kind of berry that takes your fancy.

I love adding flaxseeds or chia seeds into a smoothie because it gives the added fibre we need on a daily basis.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup of a2milk
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp of nut butter
- 1 tbsp natural/greek yogurt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1-2 dates
- Add water for desired thickness
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Sip, slurp, Enjoy!
