What causes hormone chaos?

It’s easy to fall into hormone chaos. Our hormone levels are affected by eating processed sugary foods, poor sleep patterns, bad gut bacteria, the way we deal with stress, and exposure to pollution and chemicals used in plastics, cosmetics and cleaning products. It’s common to have more than one hormone out of whack – creating a domino effect. Endocrine disruption, the process by which natural and synthetic chemicals interfere with our hormones, could be one of the main reasons for obesity, diabetes and reduced fertility.

This book outlines the nutritional and lifestyle changes I use to rebalance my clients’ hormones. You should consult your GP or health professional before engaging in these changes. While in some cases you may also need to see an endocrinologist for specialist advice, for many people, changes in their diet and lifestyle are enough to restore hormone harmony.

If you like this, then don't hesitate to grab your Healthy Hormone book.
